TechAmazon’s AI assistant can now spot fake emails from the company

Amazon has added a feature to Alexa for Shopping that checks whether emails, texts, or calls really came from Amazon. The assistant compares messages with the company’s records and examines their content, formatting, and sender, confirming authenticity only when it is completely certain. Suspected fakes prompt users to check orders in the app and contact support.
