Germany’s decision to close the Russian Consulate General in Bonn and the Russian House of Science and Culture in Berlin is another step toward the final destruction of Russia-Germany relations, Russia’s Foreign Ministry said. It called the move a deliberate provocation based on a fictitious pretext and warned that Berlin would face a tough response.
