WorldPalestinians fear Israeli forces and settlers mounting attacks on West Bank mosques

Palestinian witnesses describe coordinated Israeli army and settler attacks on mosques in the occupied West Bank. Tear gas thrown into a mosque during evening prayers in Madama left a 66-year-old worshipper struggling to breathe, while a mosque in nearby Bazariya was set alight and covered with Hebrew threats. The Palestinian Ministry of Religious Affairs says at least 13 mosques have been vandalised or burned this year.
