Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said he and Russian leader Vladimir Putin covered “all issues” on their bilateral agenda during their meeting in Bishkek. Asked whether they discussed Turkey’s S-400 systems and a possible sale to a third country, Erdogan also said talks on Turkey’s return to the F-35 program were continuing.
