An agreement has been signed to build a gold extraction plant at the Delankir deposit in Yakutia with annual processing capacity of 600,000 tons of ore. The project entails 24.3 billion rubles ($280 million) in investment and is expected to create 500 jobs, along with a mine, roads, power lines and supporting facilities.
