Euronext Growth Paris-listed Capital B plans to add 376 BTC to its bitcoin treasury following an $8.8 million investment from Adam Back. The company issued 13,181,030 shares at 58 euro cents each, with four warrants attached to every share, according to a Wednesday filing.
