WorldEU’s Kallas blasts Russia over Leipzig hybrid attack as ‘state-sponsored terrorism’

EU chief diplomat Kaja Kallas accused Moscow after Germany said Russia was responsible for an attempted drone attack at Leipzig Airport last month. Calling it an act with all the hallmarks of state-sponsored terrorism, she said EU foreign ministers would discuss countermeasures and possible sanctions without making decisions at their informal meeting.
