EconomyOnline sales may make up about one-third of Russian retail by 2030
Russian Deputy Industry and Trade Minister Roman Chekushov said online sales could account for about 33% to 35% of the country’s retail trade by 2030. E-commerce turnover reached 13.2 trillion rubles in 2025, or 21% of retail sales. He added that the ministry plans to develop all forms of trade, while brick-and-mortar outlets grew by 80,000 over five years.
