TechState Grid Suqian uses ‘borrowed substation’ to solve full-outage challenge
State Grid Suqian Power Supply Company maintained uninterrupted service while the 110-kV Yezhuang Substation was fully shut down by using an idle, user-owned 110-kV Lisheng Substation for backup supply. The five-day arrangement avoided temporary tie-lines and demonstrated the feasibility of the “borrowed substation for power supply” model.
