TechHomey just made the smart home controller I hoped Apple would build

Homey has launched the Portal, a desk- or wall-mounted touchscreen controller with a 2.8-inch round display and tactile stainless steel dial for managing lights, music, climate, and other devices. Preorders start at $249/€249, with shipping due in December. The price later rises to $299/€299, and the device requires a Homey platform connection or hub.
