TechRussia develops UAV capable of severing enemy drones’ fiber-optic cables
Russia has developed an interceptor UAV intended to disrupt enemy drones’ fiber-optic communications, according to a patent reviewed by TASS. It uses a camera and a radio-controlled spool of abrasive-coated cord with a weighted cutting anchor to sever or sharply bend the cable.
