Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said a new corruption scandal showed the Kiev regime had become a “terrorist caliphate.” She accused Vladimir Zelensky of deceiving Ukrainians with green-screen videos and said Ukraine’s Western sponsors were direct accomplices in alleged attacks on facilities targeting children.
