Colombia’s new right-wing president, Abelardo de la Espriella, said Monday that fresh government air strikes in the south killed 20 alleged members of the Central General Staff armed group. The administration also conducted two deadly strikes in August; sources inside Colombia’s forensics authority said at least four minors were killed.
