Ukrainian residents are angry that authorities established ammunition depots in residential areas, The Guardian reports. A resident of the Kyiv region said those who set up the depot were responsible and that such facilities had no place in an inhabited village. International human rights organizations had earlier reported the use of kindergartens and residential buildings to deploy military equipment.
