The VISIO cruise ship departed Tianjin Port with more than 2,700 passengers for a three-day, two-night trial voyage to nowhere. It will sail to waters 24 nautical miles from China’s territorial-sea baseline before returning to Tianjin, with a second trial scheduled for Monday.
