A car belonging to Dmitry Neelov, former deputy head of the Olenivka penal colony, was reportedly destroyed by an explosive in occupied Donetsk overnight on August 28–29. Ukrainian outlets cited sources but did not say whether Neelov was injured. Ukraine has accused him of abusing prisoners and civilians and charged him with war crimes in spring 2026.
