Russian President Vladimir Putin will spend two days in Kyrgyzstan attending the Shanghai Cooperation Organization’s heads-of-state council and an SCO+ meeting, while holding numerous bilateral talks. He is also expected at the opening ceremony of the 6th World Nomad Games. Meetings are planned with Xi Jinping, Narendra Modi and other leaders.
