Three more people sought medical care after the missile attack on Belgorod, raising the number wounded to 16, acting Belgorod Region Governor Alexander Shuvayev said. Two people were killed. The new patients included two teenagers with blast-related ear injuries and a woman; all received treatment and will recover as outpatients.
