Judge Alvin Hellerstein has rejected Donald Trump’s third attempt to transfer his New York hush-money criminal case to federal court. Hellerstein ruled that Trump’s presidential-immunity arguments were neither new nor legally sufficient. Trump’s lawyers said they would appeal.
