Russian stocks ended Friday higher, with the ruble-denominated MOEX Index up 1.03% at 2,114.93 points and the dollar-denominated RTS Index gaining 1.45% to 778.32. The yuan rose 8 kopecks against the ruble to 12.9 rubles. Analysts expect further gradual ruble weakening and see room for the MOEX’s advance unless major negative news emerges.
