WorldUkraine war latest: Budanov says Ukraine must mobilize at least 30,000 people monthly

Presidential Office head Kyrylo Budanov said Ukraine cannot mobilize fewer than 30,000 people a month and that ending the war soon is “unrealistic.” Overnight, Ukrainian drones struck Russia’s Yaroslavl oil refinery and damaged a Tu-95 bomber at Engels air base. Ukraine’s agriculture minister said Russian strikes have destroyed 90% of the country’s modern storage facilities, while saying there is no threat of hunger.
