Typhoon Saudel made two landfalls in Zhejiang on Friday, bringing winds of up to level 12 and heavy rain, with effects expected to reach inland areas. Zhejiang raised its emergency response to the highest level, while nearly 50 vehicles and 260 personnel were deployed as heavy rain and strong winds continued along the coast.
