Black Spade Capital, the family office of Macau casino billionaire Lawrence Ho Yau-lung, announced its third de-SPAC transaction through a merger with satellite communications firm Astrum Space. The Singapore-based company will combine with Black Spade Acquisition III at an equity value of about US$1 billion, with the resulting entity seeking a New York Stock Exchange listing.
