WorldNepal-Tibet flash flood live: debris-clogged river risks flooding again as rescuers seek survivors

More than 390 people have died and over 1,400 remain missing after a glacier collapse triggered a torrent of mud and water along the Nepal-Tibet border. Chinese authorities warn that continued rain could send about 3m cubic metres into an artificial lake over three days, creating a high risk of a breach and further downstream flooding. Rescuers and military helicopters continue searching, while the Red Cross says about 93,000 people may have been affected.
