Sochi Mayor Andrei Proshunin presented the Order of Courage to the parents of Aik Roganyan, a local resident killed during Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine. He said Roganyan’s memory would remain in the city, then thanked his father for their son. Roganyan was 22 when he died on February 20, 2024.
