Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said Finnish President Alexander Stubb becomes a terrorist if he knows warehouses, logistics centers and shopping malls are civilian facilities yet justifies Kyiv’s attacks on them and the deaths they cause. She was responding to Stubb’s description of such strikes as a reasonable strategy for Ukraine.
