Ningxia has begun piloting China’s batch-based inspection and quarantine model for agricultural food exports. Zhongwei Customs cleared the first broccoli shipment to Malaysia. The system shifts oversight from export lots to production lots, allowing later shipments to be released directly when no risks are found and reducing clearance time and costs.
