EconomyHKEX explores merging GEM with main board, source says
Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing is considering merging its GEM board with the main board through a new listing-rules chapter, according to a source familiar with the discussions. Proposed Chapter 18D would form part of the second phase of a listing-regime review and could be put to public consultation by year-end.
