Iran’s ambassador to Turkmenistan, Ali Mojtaba Rouzbehani, described US sanctions on Iran as “economic terrorism.” He said Tehran is responding through economic diplomacy, transport and transit cooperation, and closer ties with regional organizations. Washington has announced plans to tighten sanctions further and has already blacklisted companies, individuals and oil tankers.
