Authorities in Russia’s Primorsky Krai warned that mobile, landline, and internet services may be temporarily restricted in parts of Vladivostok during the September 1–4 Eastern Economic Forum. The limits are expected near the Far Eastern Federal University venue and access roads, rather than across the entire region. Organizers have said Vladimir Putin will attend.
