TechApple Maps has ads now

Ads are appearing in Apple Maps after Apple said businesses could pay for prominent placement. They currently show up first in the suggested places section and will also appear at the top of search results, rolling out this week to more users in the US and Canada. Apple says the advertising information is not linked to Apple Accounts.
