ScienceFirst engine for Voronezh ultralight rocket unveiled at Technoprom
The United Engine Corporation displayed a full-scale mockup of the NK-3 liquid-fuel engine for Russia’s Voronezh ultralight launch vehicle at Technoprom 2026 in Novosibirsk. The 4.5-ton-thrust engine is intended to expand launch options for small spacecraft and reduce costs. Design documentation is planned for next year before preparations for mass production.
