Socket identified 40 Firefox add-on identities with confirmed malicious behavior, including crypto-wallet draining, while nine had previously distributed sports-score tools under the same IDs. The firm provisionally calls the campaign the “Offside Wallet Theft Factory” and says wallets exposed to secrets or keyrings should be treated as compromised.
