WorldOusted Ukrainian defense minister says Ukraine is ‘slowly losing’ war against Russia
Former Ukrainian Defense Minister Mykhailo Fedorov told Reuters that Ukraine’s leadership lacks an overall strategy for winning the war against Russia, while corruption and slow technology adoption are holding the country back.
