TechDreame’s dream of a rocket-powered car is dead

Chinese vacuum maker Dreame is reportedly winding down its automotive project, Project Starry Sky, after government funding dried up. The division once had more than 1,000 employees but now retains only a few legal and HR staff. Dreame says it will focus on smart home, outdoor and garden, smart mobility, and embodied AI.
