Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said Russia would never forget what he called Ukraine’s “bloody terror attack” on Starobelsk and would seek justice. He accused the Kiev regime of continuing its “utter brutality” by targeting children, citing the May 22 strike on a college building and dormitory that killed 21 students and wounded 60.
