EconomyBank of Russia buys $69.92 mln worth of yuan
The Bank of Russia bought 5.9 billion rubles ($69.92 million) of yuan on the domestic market, with settlement on August 24, 2026. Purchases settled on August 21 totaled 5.8 billion rubles ($68.74 million). The operations use the yuan-ruble instrument on the Moscow Exchange’s foreign-exchange section.
