TechZillow and Redfin settle FTC antitrust case over rental listings partnership

The FTC and Zillow announced a settlement ending the agency’s case alleging that Zillow and Redfin’s 2025 rental-listings partnership violated antitrust law. Redfin may keep syndicating Zillow listings, but must restart its own rental advertising business that it wound down under the deal.
