Suifenhe port in Heilongjiang exported 46,900 vehicles to Russia from January through July 2026, a 119.2% year-on-year increase. Faster registration and customs processing, bonded facilities and one-stop services have cut delivery to Russian overseas warehouses to as little as 10 days and reduced logistics costs by 30%.
