TechUS Navy announces development of ultra-long-range air-to-air missile
The US Navy is developing the AIM-424 LRAAM-Malice air-to-air missile, whose range exceeds 460 km. The solid-fuel missile is about 4 meters long and weighs more than 680 kg; it is intended for fourth-, fifth- and sixth-generation aviation platforms to strengthen fleet defense and maintain air-domain overmatch.
