WorldEnvoy: Kiev strikes civilian targets to exert political pressure on Russia
Russian Foreign Ministry Ambassador at Large on Kiev’s War Crimes Rodion Miroshnik said the Kiev regime had chosen to strike civilian infrastructure in Russia to pressure the country’s leadership and individual regions. He said the efforts included attempts to blockade entire cities, disrupt logistics, and interfere with supplies of food, essential goods, medicines, energy and water.
