SportsFans and police injured in pitch invasion during high-risk German Cup tie

About 100 people, including 35 police officers, were injured during the German Cup match between Waldhof Mannheim and Kaiserslautern. The game was stopped for around 30 minutes after flares were fired and home fans invaded the pitch; eight people were taken to hospital. Kaiserslautern won 1-0 in the 120th minute.
