Ukrainian troops shelled populated areas of the Donetsk People’s Republic 40 times over 24 hours, according to a local department documenting alleged Ukrainian war crimes. It said three civilians, including a teenager, were killed and 13 wounded. Forty-five munitions were fired, damaging two residential buildings, six civilian facilities and several vehicles and pieces of equipment.
