Forums lasting four to five days can sometimes bring local businesses revenue equivalent to one or two months’ earnings, Russian presidential adviser Anton Kobyakov said. Restaurants, transport and hotel companies, along with other small and medium-sized businesses, benefit from hosting participants and guests. The Eastern Economic Forum is scheduled for September 1–4 in Vladivostok.
