Russia’s Federal Security Service says it detained a foreign national in the Murmansk region over suspected preparations for a terrorist attack in Moscow allegedly directed by Ukrainian security services. The agency says he used a drone to scout a train station targeting petroleum-product freight trains and central administrative buildings. It also reported detaining eight people in June over an alleged plot against a strategic defense plant near Moscow involving 35 explosive FPV drones.
