EconomyWSP Global sticks with Arcadis takeover plan, seeks board support

Canada’s WSP Global reaffirmed on Thursday that it intends to acquire consulting and engineering group Arcadis. The Dutch company has rejected WSP’s first two offers, which valued Arcadis at as much as €5.4 billion ($6.3 billion).
