Arsen Zhumadilov, head of Ukraine’s Defense Procurement Agency, said he will resign and leave the post on Aug. 31. Oleh Klots, a former head of the state-owned Medical Procurement of Ukraine, will serve as interim chief after parliament backed Evhen Khmara as the new defense minister. Zhumadilov said the decision was his own and had not been influenced by anyone.
