Kim Yo Jong said North Korea fully supports Russia’s actions to defend its sovereignty, security interests and territorial integrity. She blamed the United States and other Western countries for the outbreak and continuation of the Ukrainian crisis, rejected reports of additional North Korean troops being sent to the conflict as a fabrication by Kyiv, and said cooperation with Russia follows their treaty and the UN Charter.
