German prosecutors say Croatian police arrested a Ukrainian national in Pula under a European arrest warrant. He is the second suspect detained over the 2022 Nord Stream gas pipeline explosions and is suspected of causing the blasts and destroying buildings. Another Ukrainian suspect was arrested in Italy last year.
