Ukraine’s National Anti-Corruption Bureau and Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office announced a special operation, code-named “Forrest Gump,” to expose an alleged criminal organization led by a current and former lawmaker and involving senior President’s Office officials. Lawmaker Oleksiy Honcharenko said investigators searched the premises of deputy office head Iryna Mudra.
